About your coach
Hi, I'm Abhishek
I started ClearView Careers because too many capable people feel stuck at work or are unsure of their next move, and a few honest conversations can change that. I coach people at every stage, from students applying to university or landing their first role to senior leaders planning what comes next.
I began my career in 2008 as an intern at Lehman Brothers, months before it collapsed. So I know what it means to start out in a tough job market, and how much the right advice matters when it does.
Since then, I have spent 15+ years in banking in London and India, working across all three lines of defence for American, British, Indian and Japanese banks. I have also worked as an entrepreneur, giving strategic insight to clients and senior management. I have changed sectors, countries and roles myself, so I know what a career move really takes.
I hold an MBA from IIFT, New Delhi and a B.Sc (H) in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, India. During my MBA days, I coached 100+ students across Delhi University's North and South Campus through group discussions and mock interviews as faculty at leading coaching institutes. Helping people get ready for the moments that matter has stayed with me ever since.
